How do I access my old account?

The Ghost Of October Ale

I can't remember my password for my original account and every time I click on the "forgot password" button, it says an email will be sent to my email address so that I can reset my password but no email ever shows up in inbox or spam. I have tried many times.

Is there any way a moderator on here can help me access my original account on here? It's important to me to use my original account.

And yes, email is currently broken on the forum server.

The admin has been contacted, so we should be able to get it resolved soon.
