This one on squirrels is in better shape. First off, put all the videos on their own page, not on the main page. Not everyone has blazing fast internet speeds (yes even in 2012!) and trying to load a lot of stuff on one page is going to turn them away. It also makes for neater organization to have "Photos" one one page, "Videos" on another. Make sure you stick on topic...that is squirrels from Redwall, and avoid adding other random stuff like Tintin, which has nothing to do with the site topic.
I can't believe someone put up such a sad song on a site about squirrels!!! I almost cried! :'( No! Ro........ Uh... heh heh... Maybe I should take this somewhere else. But back on topic, what is Roses' song doing on a site about squirrels?

You're walking a very tight rope....I've visited this site, and you're dealing with a very limited market of people--squirrels of Redwall, not animals of Redwall, just the squirrels. So if you don't like the squirrel characters would you join? Probably not? I think its good as a website that can be updated, but its not going to work as a big forum....its too limited to attract that many people. So I would have the people that agreed to help you, assist in making the website better.

I remember when I went on and saw the squirrel pictures. One hour later, I looked outside and a squirrel was sitting looking at me with the most adorable face and I thought, "Wow I wish I had a camera."
