The Dibbuns were awoken,

By a sound in the night,

Twas a vermin gang who woke them,

An' they all went white with fright!

Then along came Skipper,

Still in his ole' nightgown,

"Ye don't look quite chipper,"

He said to the Dibbuns with a frown.

Alas for them the vermin saw him,

Skip an' his ugly mug,

They were so terrified,

They hid under the rug!
