Suspended Usergroup Renamed

I felt there was a little confusion about the function of the "Suspended" usergroup, and looking at the situation again, it does look an awful lot like a punishment (except, I guess, to fans of sci-fi stories with sleeper ships ).

So, henceforth, it will be styled as "Away". This change is entirely cosmetic and changes nothing about the usergroup's functionality.
