That awkward moment when you're having an online conversation (either in real-time or spread out over a few days) and the conversation slowly dwindles and either the other person posts something vague and unreplyable or you do and then apparently neither of you can think of anything else to say and so you don't and the conversation dies and you aren't sure if it was your fault or the fault of the other person for posting something vague and unreplyable and you don't know what they think of you anymore.

That awkward moment when you want to play as a specific role in a game and you invite one of your online friends to join you, who invites one of his friends. You don't get to play that role but the next game you invite the same person and that person says "Sorry, my son wants to play the role that you want to play." ;D (The friend's friend was the friend's son.) ;D
