Sampetra, Ruddaring, the island in Triss.....what happened to them??

Maybe...you know, this seems like an interesting subject to wright a Fan Fiction on. Like, some villain comes to, per say, that island in Marlfox were the, er, Marlfoxes lived at and recruits all the creatures there to help him to invade Redwall or something...It would make a good story.

That's what happened to Port Royal! But it didn't sink, it was just destroyed. Anyway, I think they just kept on going without mention. I don't see any reason why they would have to die out. Just because they didn't affect Redwall and weren't written about in the following books doesn't mean they didn't keep existing. Maybe Brian Jacques was planning to write more about these islands
