I hated the Guosim in the TV series! THEY WERE HORRIBLE! They were so unsympathetic to Mathias and Martin that it was.....just terrible!
They treated Matthias alright. And I'm not so sure the shrews in Martin The Warrior were even Gousim shrews.

Were? They treated him really good in Season 2. Can't remember anything much from Season 1. I'll have to re-watch it.
Oh. Season 2 they were great! Season one though, they were terrible.
Well, they really didn't know Matthias that well in Season 1.
True but they could have been at least a LITTLE kinder.
But it's probably just their nature.
Eh, Oh well.
