Welcome to Site-83, whomever you may be. You have been scanned as not being D-Class personnel, so you have been allowed in. If you are not already a member of the Foundation, you have been issued a temporary level 2 security clearance. Please consider joining us for further information. As you may have already known, you are in Site-83, one of two sites we have here in the cellars. If you were looking for Site-82, our primary containment site, please go here: Enter Site-82. Following multiple containment breaches and the constant threat of "Lord Ashenwyte," primary containment has been transferred to Site-84. Now then, Site-83 is a secure site. We specialise more in administrative duties here, SCP reports, handling new arrivals, that sort of thing. Below you will find a statement by our founder, the Administrator (Due to technical difficulties, this statement is not yet up.) and a list of SCP Dossiers. Have a pleasant stay,
Groddil, Head of the Foundation Ethics Committee

Anomalous Objects Requiring Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-3036: "rachel25"
WIP
[close]
SCP-3037: "Iilu Daskar"
WIP
[close]
SCP-3038: "Skarz"
Item #: SCP-3038

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3038 is to be kept in a cave below Site-84. In addition to collapsing the cave entrance, a sheet of titanium 20 cm thick was set into the cave entrance. A 1 m x 1 m flap is to be set into the metal, near the top of the sheet. Once per day, a goat will be thrown into SCP-3038's cave through the flap, and water pumped in through a pressure-hose. No personnel are to enter the cave under any circumstances. In addition, the walls of the cave are to be laced with land-mines in the event SCP-3038 attempts to escape. Finally, SCP-3038 has been injected with a specialized microchip that, if the entity manages to escape from Site-84, will activate the Site's Tesla perimeter, administering a shock able to kill a elephant. Whilst SCP-3038 is stunned, Mobile Task Force Mu-3 "Billy Goats Gruff" are to return the entity to its containment cave and collapse any escape routes.

Description: SCP-3038 is a large humanoid-like creature, of an unidentified species. Photographs of SCP-3038 have been cross-referenced with several all known documentation on similar beings, and thusfar, the photographs seem to match sketches of "Trolls," circa ???? century. Research on tissues samples from SCP-3038 is still ongoing, including ways to neutralize it.

SCP-3039: "Dotti Lovegood"
Item #: SCP-3039

Object Class: Euclid Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3039 is to be held in a standard humanoid containment cell in Site-84. The cell is to be soundproofed and any personnel that need to interact with the entity are to wear earmuffs. Attempts to remove the flute from SCP-3039 failed, as it seems to be able to pull more of them out of nowhere. After expressing interest in assisting the Foundation, SCP-3039 was fitted with an explosive collar and allowed to wander around Site-84. After continued good behaviour, the collar was removed and a small capsule of C4 was injected into SCP-3039's brain, to be activated in the case of emergency. SCP-3039 and its flute are now used to support Site-84 security in the event of a containment breach.

Description: SCP-3039 is an anthropomorphic hare. The entity exhibits extremely high intelligence, on par with humans, and is capable of speech and playing the flute. Despite this intelligence, the hare, that refers to itself as "Dotti Lovegood," is completely insane. SCP-3039 even refers to itself as "The Loony 'Un." As a result, SCP-3039 is to be monitored carefully. SCP-3039 has also been nicknamed "The Pied Piper of Site-84" by Foundation personnel, due to the strange effects its flute has on other lifeforms. For a test log with SCP-3039, please refer to Addendum 3039-A.

Addendum 3039-A - Test Log:

Under the instruction of Dr. ????????, several D-Class personnel entered SCP-3039's containment cell without earmuffs. After they entered, SCP-3039 was intentionally provoked by Agent ????? by using the Cell's SecureNet Mainframe to [DATA EXPUNGED].

D-512409: After being provoked, SCP-3039 began to play an extremely high-pitched tune. D-512409 began to swell and exploded after ?? seconds.
D-512410: After being provoked, SCP-3039 began to blow into the flute, but no sound emerged. After approximately ? minutes, D-512410 fell to the floor. After ? hours, D0512410 had dissolved into a pile of goo.
D-512411: After being provoked, SCP-3039 began to blow a quick tune into its flute, causing D-512411 to twitch. Some time after, D-512411 started to scream and throw itself at the walls. D-512411 then attacked SCP-3039, and was terminated immediately.
D-512412: After being provoked, SCP-3039 began to play a slow tune into its flute. D-512411 yawned several times before falling asleep. SCP-3039 turned to the door of the cell and stated that [DATA EXPUNGED].
D-512413: SCP-3039 ignored D-512413, instead blowing 3 loud, sharp puffs into its flute. The door to SCP-3039's cell was thrown off its hinges, and the entity breached containment. After locating Agent ?????, SCP-3039 played a quick piece to the tune of Beethoven's ????? Symphony, which caused Agent ????? to [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-3039 then made no moves to resist being escorted back into its cell. All further testing was halted.

SCP-3040: "Aimless Gallivanter"
WIP

SCP-3041: "Russa Nodrey and Lady Amber"
Item #: SCP-3041

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3041-1 is to be kept in a standard Humanoid Containment Cell in Site-84. The cell is to be outfitted with standard facilities, including a bed and bathroom. Meals are to be delivered through a slot in the bottom of the cell's magnetic-sealed steel door, and a single book (rotated as necessary) is to be provided as means of entertainment. Under instructions from Containment Specialist ????????, should SCP-3041-1 continue to exhibit good behavior, requests made by the entity will be considered and allowed if they pose no threat to Foundation security. SCP-3041-1 is to be allowed a computer with access to the internet; however, it has been informed that any attempts to alert the outside world of the Foundation will lead to immediate termination. Refer to Addendum 3041-A for more details. As of ??/04/2016, SCP-3041-2, or "Lady Amber," has been captured by Mobile Task Force Gamma-12 "Exterminators" and is now kept in the same containment cell as SCP-3041-1. All containment procedures applying to SCP-3041-1 also apply to its sibling.

Description: SCP-3041 is a species of anthropomorphic squirrel. These entities exhibit an extremely high intelligence for their species, on par with that of humans, and are able to speak English. So far, three instances of SCP-3041 have been observed, all reported to be sisters. SCP-3041-1 is the first instance of SCP-3041 currently in Foundation custody. When observing conversation between the squirrels, SCP-3041 referred to itself as "Russa Nodrey." Furthermore, SCP-3041-2 and SCP-3041-3 were addressed as "Lady Amber" and "Jukka the Sling," respectively. SCP-3041-1 was recovered from [REDACTED], after Agent ??? discovered them during routine monitoring of internet traffic. Unfortunately, while SCP-3041-1 was successfully contained, SCP-3041-2 and 3041-3 were able to escape. Mobile Task Force Gamma-12 "Exterminators" are still trying to recover them.

Addendum 3041-A - Incident 3041-1-A:

On ??/04/2016, SCP-3041-1's cell went silent, and the squirrel collapsed to the floor. The entity made no further movements, and when Agent ????? entered the cell, nothing happened. SCP-3041-1's vital signs had drastically decreased, and upon revival, began to groan about being away from its sisters, then fell into a coma. Attempts to revive SCP-3041-1 initially failed, until Containment Specialist ???????? placed a ????? brand computer near SCP-3041-1, and logged into the website where the entity was first reported as being located. This website, Loamhedge Abbey Forum, appears to be an internet forum based around the "Redwall" series, written by Brian Jacques. After Containment Specialist ???????? logged into the forum, SCP-3041-1 jumped upright, snatched the computer, and began typing a message to SCP-3041-2 and 3041-3 at a rate of ????? words per minute. SCP-3041-1 was tranquilized and returned to its cell, with the computer. Dr. ????? has hypothesized that allowing SCP-3041-1 to communicate with its siblings will eventually lead the Foundation to their location; therefore, SCP-3041-1 has been allowed to keep the computer for the time being.

SCP 3042: "Wylder Treejumper"
Item #: SCP-3042

Object Class: Keter Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3042-1 is to be kept in a modified humanoid containment cell in Site-84. The walls of the cell consist of poured concrete reinforced by steel plating. The entrance to the cell consists of a steel blast door, 30 cm thick, a small decontamination area, and another reinforced steel door into the cell proper. Level 3 security clearance is required to interact with SCP-3042-1. Only D-Class personnel with no history of animal abuse, or those who identify as vegetarian, are allowed to interact with SCP-3042-1. No personnel are to bring any non-vegetarian food within ??? m of SCP-3042-1's cell, to prevent containment breaches. Furthermore, SCP-3042-1 is to be provided with a pair of cloggs for entertainment purposes.

Description: SCP-3042 is a species of anthropomorphic squirrel. Thusfar, only one instance of SCP-3042 has been observed, dubbed SCP-3042-1. The anomalous entity exhibits an extremely high intelligence for its species, on par with that of humans, and is able to speak English. SCP-3042-1's intentions are unclear; however, it has turned itself over to the Foundation. After turning itself over, SCP-3042-1 was escorted to a cell and several members of MTF Gamma-12 "Exterminators" attempted to conduct an interview. Agent ?????? asked SCP-3042-1 if [REDACTED], causing the entity to go ballistic and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Agent ??????, as well as ?? other personnel were found dead some time later, from massive cardiac arrest, internal hemorrhaging, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-3042-1 was then found docile in its cell, and refused further questioning. Since then, SCP-3042-1 continues to routinely breach containment whenever it smells meat, aiming to kill whomever is eating it. Some time after the incident, D-24704 entered SCP-3042-1's cell and was able to conduct an interview. Refer to Addendum 3042-A for more details.

Addendum 3042-A - Interview log 3042-1-A:

Interviewer: D-24704
Interviewee: SCP-3042-1

D-24704 enters SCP-3042-1's cell.

D-24704: SCP-3042-1? You understand me, so I'm going to get straight into it. Why did you kill all of those Foundation personnel when you were taken in?

SCP-3042-1: They...they wanted to eat me. I felt it. They eat us. I DON'T WANT TO BE EATEN!

D-24704: Calm down, 3042-1. How could you tell that they were going to eat you?

SCP-3042-1: IT'S WHAT THEY DO! ALL OF YOU! Except you...You don't do that...Can trust you, won't hurt you like you hurt us...

SCP-3042-1 begins to gnaw at its fur anxiously.

D-24704: Very well...Why DID you turn yourself in in the first place?

SCP-3042-1: ISN'T IT OBVIOUS? Safer in here...Not as many of them to eat us...Not as much suspicion when we KILLS the ones that try...

D-24704: So...You killed some people that tried to eat you...and fled here to get away?

SCP-3042-1 nods vigorously.

D-24704: Thank you, 3042-1. That's all the time we seem to have for today.

D-24704 leaves SCP-3042-1's cell.

Following the interview, SCP-3042-1 no longer continues to breach containment on a regular basis. The entity has been classified "Euclid" until further notice as a result.

Site-82 IS the asylum. I've already told you this, YOU are in charge of them, so long as they don't escape. YOU have the "captives," as you so crudely put it, in your custody already.
